Per Little League rules we are required to obtain specific documentation for each registrant. We are addressing Registration and the associated documentation in two (2) different fashions (In-Person Registration or Online Registration). In either case the documentation listed below must be submitted as instructed for the registrant to be eligible to evaluate/practice/participate in the current Spring/Summer Season.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION
Please bring completed documentation to the In-Person Registration day:

2. Little League requires that a Birth Certificate for each registrant be submitted as part of the registration process.

ONLINE REGISTRATION - Once a registrant completes the online registration process there is additional documentation required. Please review the instructions/details below:
Registrants for Major Division / A-Ball (Minor) Division / C-Ball (Machine Pitch) Division:
Please submit the completed documentation listed below to Bridgeport Little League Officials upon check-in for registrant evaluation. You will be notified of a date and time for the registrant evaluation.
Registrants for T-Ball Division:
Please submit the completed documentation to the Division Player Agent prior to the first day of practice. You will be notified of a date and time.
Completed documentation required:
1. The Little League Registration Form is not required if you go through Online Registration.
